Clients may receive up to 10 messages per week, depending on service activity and communication needs. Frequency may vary during peak times such as tax season.
6. Charges and Fees
Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan. RLM is not responsible for any charges incurred as a result of SMS communications.
7. Opt-Out Process
If you no longer wish to receive SMS messages from RLM, you may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any of our messages.
Alternatively, you can contact us directly by phone or email, providing your name and mobile number, and request removal from the SMS list.
After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed.
